Flightcast — “Get the operating system for high-growth podcasts”

Podcast publishing and analytics software co-founded by Steven Bartlett. Flightcast doesn’t advertise from a page of its own: its Facebook ads run as partnership ads from The Diary of a CEO’s page, and they sell the show’s growth (“the hidden truth behind The Diary Of A CEO’s rapid growth”) as the reason to buy.

The ads land on /tf, the homepage with Pricing, Log in and Watch Demo taken out, so every button leads to the same onboarding. There a guide called Fey shows a sample show’s dashboard and earnings before asking anything, then asks one question: do you already have a show, or are you starting one? Hosts switching over are told they keep their ratings, reviews and followers; new shows go straight to a setup form. Prices aren’t public: the Pricing link on the regular homepage opens a login screen.

What was not captured: anything after the show forms (account creation, plan choice and payment). Both forms need a real podcast, so the walk stopped there.

Funnel canvas — drag to pan, scroll or use the buttons to zoom. Each node links to that step's page.

On a computer this funnel opens as a canvas: every page at full length, side by side, with the arrows between them and the moves that make it work. A phone screen can't hold it, so here it's a list.
