Why it works

The PII gate. The personalized plan is dangled just behind an email field, then a marketing-consent tap and a first-name ask follow — the name is reused to personalize the paywall ("plan for Sarah"). The email input is a plain text field, so the gate is only recognizable from the heading, not the input type.
