Two scorecards, one sales team. The Key Person of Influence scorecard is linked from Priestley’s personal site, and the 24 Assets heatmap is the website of one of his books. Both are ScoreApp quizzes on Dent’s account, both take an email before the first question, and both end by offering one of Dent’s calls.
The KPI scorecard was walked to the end four times. The interesting part comes after the score. The insight boxes say “Pitch” for both the biggest opportunity and the strongest area, whatever the score, so the diagnosis is the same template for everyone. The revenue and investment questions decide the rest. A qualifying business that says it can invest is offered the 75-minute GamePlan call. A middle answer is offered a 15-minute Diagnostic Call. Anyone under $100k, or not able to pay for help, is sent to a page whose last step is building a scorecard of their own in ScoreApp.
What was not captured: the PDF report and any follow-up email, the GamePlan application (behind an hCaptcha), and the booking calendars behind both call forms.
