Tony’s Acoustic Challenge (TAC) is a membership: a 10-minute guitar lesson every weekday, built around one familiar song a week, for $87 a quarter, $197 a year or $599 for life. It’s aimed squarely at older adults. The ads speak to retirees, grandparents and people who “always loved music” but never played, and the testimonials are from a great-grandmother and a 59-year-old beginner. The company behind it is Acoustic Life Inc.
Two free offers feed it. A 5-Day Guitar Challenge starts every Monday, and a recorded on-demand class, “3 Secrets to Stop Dabbling and Start Playing Guitar”, ends in the pitch. Every path leads to the class, and the class leads to the enrol page. Facebook carries most of the advertising (109 ads in the library as of October 2026); YouTube runs a handful of unlisted videos, one of which has 5.5 million views.
The site runs on WordPress with MemberMouse and Stripe, Drip for email, Vidalytics and eWebinar for video, Unbounce for the class landing pages, and Hyros for attribution.
