Noom Email — "Fee waived - just for YOU", from Karin

Why it works

The morning after sign-up, Noom's follow-up emails get a person: "My name is Karin and I'm a content writer at Noom. We just dropped our fee so you can try Noom for free!" It repeats the quiz's goal ("your goal weight of 77 kgs"), the line "a plan of self-care, not self-control", "Noomers lose an average of 15 pounds in 16 weeks", and a testimonial dated March 2018. A few hours later Noom resends its first email, "Your customized course is ready", word for word.
