Salesforce Thank-you/confirmation — The PDF itself is the thank-you page

Why it works

“Get the report” opens the PDF in the same window (the form’s redirectTarget is “window”). There is no thank-you screen, no “check your inbox” and no delivery email. The PDF’s address is in the landing page’s source, so the form only stops people who don’t look. Not submitted during capture: every Salesforce form needs a phone number, and none was invented.
