Cost of medication not included." At checkout that is $39 today (against a struck-through $129) for an online visit and a four-week prescription, then $129 a month from 11/11/26, refills billed $387 every 12 weeks. So the Medicare ad's $50 is the copay a Medicare plan might charge for the drug; Noom's own fee is on top, and it is charged before Medicare has approved anything.
