Quiz/survey
Noom Quiz/survey — "This helps us understand if you may have Medicare coverage"
Why it works
Visitors from Noom's Medicare ads take the same medical intake as its other GLP-1 visitors, with one extra screen: "Have you ever been diagnosed with any of the following? This helps us understand if you may have Medicare coverage through Noom." Pre-diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension, obstructive sleep apnea, MASH, a previous stroke or heart attack, peripheral artery disease, kidney disease, heart failure. The answer decides the ending. Sleep apnea, even confirmed by a sleep study, ends at "Based on your conditions, you are not currently eligible to use Medicare coverage through Noom… Noom has other out-of-pocket pay GLP-1 plan types for you", and the plan that follows is compounded semaglutide at $129. A previous heart attack ends at "Great news! You may be eligible for Medicare-covered GLP-1s for as little as $50/mo".
