Quiz/survey
Noom Quiz/survey — 32-screen medical intake before the email
Why it works
Noom's GLP-1 quiz is a medical intake in two sections, "Basic info" and "Biology and clinical eligibility", 32 screens before it asks for an email. It opens on the product, not the person: dose preference (microdose "prioritizes minimal side effects", regular dose "maximum weight loss"), then which drug, with Wegovy®, Ozempic®, Zepbound® and Mounjaro® as the answer labels. Then the body, including "the most you have ever weighed… to customize your treatment plan", and hesitations about medication. Whatever is ticked comes straight back: "cost" and "side effects" are answered on the next screen with "GLP-1 plans starting at $39/mo" and "Only 5% of GLP-1Rx Program users report discontinuing their medication due to side effects in the first month". A contraindication checklist, a zip code ("Let's make sure our program is available in your location") and a loader ("We've helped 801,508 women in their 40s lose weight") lead to the email gate.
