Visitors who arrive through Noom Med's general page, where the Wegovy pill, Zepbound and creator-video ads land, are offered full-dose compounded drugs, $129 (semaglutide) and $149 (tirzepatide), and the $129 one is recommended, though the ads and the landing page led with the brand names. Its checkout is $179 a month for a year, $209 for six months, or $129 then $747 every 12 weeks: the same drug as Noom's microdose plan ($119 a month for a year), $60 a month more at every tier. The brand names appear only under "See other options", where "Telehealth for Branded Meds" starts at "$39 + cost of medication". That is the source of the intake quiz's "GLP-1 plans starting at $39/mo": a prescription fee with no drug in it.
