Simple Email — "Your plan is about to be deleted — act now"

Why it works

Simple's follow-up email sequence doesn't tell a story. It is a rotating library of fake system notices, each built to look like something that needs action, each with one button back to "your plan". Here the plan that was never bought is about to be deleted. The same templates come back every two to three weeks: this subject arrived on 14 September and again on 11 October. Other disguises include orders "being processed" with invented plan numbers, "Info needed to avoid account closure", and "Your plan has been rejected" (which means "we recalculated it").
