Simple Email — "Assesment Services: Notice of determination"
Why it works
The most elaborate disguise in Simple's follow-up emails: an email dressed as an official ruling, "ASSESSMENT SERVICES · REF S-1024 · Notice of determination · CRITERIA MET", in a serif letterhead with a checklist of the answers it was "assessed on". The button says "View my determination". The footnote concedes "It is not a medical assessment". The misspelling is in the subject as sent.
