Opt-in/lead form

Function of Beauty Opt-in/lead form — "LET'S (UN)LOCK YOUR RESULTS" — the email gate at 100%

Why it works

This is the last screen of Function of Beauty's hair quiz. The progress bar reads 100%. "LET'S (UN)LOCK YOUR RESULTS. Enter your email to view your custom quiz results." Every question is answered and the result is ready. The email is all that stands between the visitor and it. The marketing box is already ticked: "Get the scoop on exclusive promos, early access, custom hair and skincare tips, and more."
