Why it works

The screen right after Noom's email gate, which already announced "You're eligible for Noom Med!", repeats it with a date and "A clinical program made for you · FSA/HSA eligible": medication "delivered to your door, when clinically appropriate", online clinicians. Below it, the exit for anyone who wanted the app: "Not interested in medication? Try Noom Weight." The compounded-drug disclosure sits in the small print: "not approved by FDA… have not undergone review for safety, efficacy, or quality".
